Regarding meat, the important thing is unsurprisingly a balanced diet. One third of your plate or less should be meat, the remain two thirds+ fruit and vegetables.

Sorry. I eat one meal a day, most times just meat and seasonings consisting of either Salt, BBQ sauce, or Soy Sauce.

Rarely do I eat veggies, and I am most definitely NOT obese!
