The source for this was the WH. According to FOX news this claim was challanged by Neito who asserted that his comments were misquoted and taken from a recent conversation with Obama in a recent conference.
Can you please find any other legitimate site that references this language? I think this quoted site may be legit, but they appear to have embellished from a satire site’s article.
