Hillary was into so much stuff that a whole bunch of stuff not covered by an Obama pardon may be uncovered. Clinton Foundation tentacles covering anything and everything.
My guess is that all walk away scot free with $$$ in their pockets. Here’s how:
1. Clinton Foundation pays $$$ to Obama and Biden (as well as to the Clintons personally), then officially dissolves as an organization.
2. Obama pardons the Clintons and everyone associated with the Clinton Foundation (and Biden).
3. Obama resigns office a short time before Trump takes office.
4. Then President Biden (already pardoned) pardons Obama.
5. Trump takes over but has no criminal path forward for his AG as all the targets have been pardoned.
6. That doesn’t protect any of them from future trouble, but if they all get enough $$$, they’re financially set.
I wonder if treason is a pardonable offense? It seems there should be a higher standard, and consequence, applied here.
