This appearance was reported by local media as "a surprise visit." It was believed she had cancelled Cleveland and moved on. Apparently she felt a little better this morning and decided to give it a shot on short notice.
Still unreported by any credible source is why the sudden unstable changes in plans.

Not one location on the Bus tour would hold more than a few thousand people save the Pittsburgh Convention center and they only have around 700 parking spots, so what 2500 max.
