If a tax-exempt church or religious organization is not in compliance it will lose its exemption status.

Historically, and to this day, only white Christian churches have to comply with this law, not mosques or black churches who do as they please.

Yes, Mr. Trump addressed this very thing in a speech a week or so ago. I personally heard him say he's going to take this issue on as one of his "planks".
