I know she drinks. She could be a bit sauced. But it could be something else.
He appears to be a very gentle, strong, caring kind of person, just the type of man who would be a godsend to an old, ill woman who has serious trouble caring for herself. I doubt he’s SS. Rather, I think he’s a highly skilled paramedic type of person specially hired to be her care giver. That she badly needs him by itself proves she’s incapable of doing the job.
