You get one photo like that in a precinct that votes 100% Rat and the Rats have a problem. Trump could make the case every vote from that precinct is tainted.

The intent is to prevent vote-selling.
As it stands, anyone who ‘buys’ your vote has no idea how you voted.
But if you post a picture of ballot, the purchaser will know.
So, no posting pictures of your ballot.
In colorado, at least my county, you can use ANY electronic devices in the polling area. Even election judges have to step outside the polling area to check phone messages.
