She undoubtedly would be competent in this position but I think she is qualified to be in a more policy-shaping position. Her talents would be somewhat wasted if she was limited to press secretary even though she would be great in that position. But perhaps she could have a dual role behind the scenes.So if that were the case I would agree with you.
