Allowing agents to infiltrate media organizations for any reason threatens to utterly undermine public trust, kill the very concept of journalistic integrity...

1. Trust? What trust?
2. Integrity? What integrity?

Journalists know (if it bleeds, it leads) that they are negative. Knowing that, journalists still claim to be objective.

News Flash!

Anyone who thinks that "negativity is objective" is a cynic.
And so - “You didn’t build that” - are “liberals.” To a man.

The “all journalists are objective” fiction is a necessary corollary to the fact that the editor of your newspaper doesn’t even know the journalist who wrote the AP feed story he is printing.

As a business proposition he has to take that position . . . but he has no moral or intellectual grounds on which to base it. It is a prejudice - a vagrant opinion with no visible means of support.
