National Socialists. That’s what NAZI stood for.
But they were fascist in their government. The idolization of Hitler is a tenant of fascism.

Hitler was uninterested in economics. His party platform was to attract votes. One of his first measures was to destroy the labor unions and he made the large industrial owners the masters of their own houses and they controlled their workers as they saw fit. Most Germans didn't care because they had work and food to put on the table. Strikes were strictly verboten.
They weren't really socialists.
