Kinda like jailing Nakoula Basseley Nakoula for making a video that didn’t cause the Benghazi attack, but he was blamed anyway.
Jailing someone for being opposition is un-American. Just like not jailing someone because they are “above the law” is un-American. Jailing them for being a criminal, and treating everyone by the same laws is very American.
The left talked about jailing Bush and Cheney for waterboarding and war crimes.

She’s not being jailed because she’s a political opponent.
She’s being jailed for tax evasion, money laundering, bribery, conspiracy, racketeering, and making false unsworn statements to federal officers.

Politicians went to jail is not a rare thing in the US. Denise Hastert went to jail, so did Jim Traficant. Nixon almost did for doing far less than Clinton or Obama. In fact, it would a good thing to throw politicians in jail like everybody else, for what they have done to this country
Hmmmm....so Politicians should be IMMUNE to prosecution when they break the law? THAT sounds more like a Banana Republic to me than Trump prosecuting Hillary for breaking the law.
