Finally “murder” is a “state” crime. She’s going to be investigated for even the most trivial involvement in over 80 of them. Also, she could face RICO charges and the only thing that could save her from that is being elected.

Can a president issue a pre-emptive pardon? A pardon, as I understand, is issued only to those who’ve already been convicted and/or serving time.
I’ve never heard of a pre-emptive pardon except in the case of Bill and Hillary’s marriage, wherein he was pre-emptively pardoned of all forthcoming adultery and philandering before their phony nuptuals.

Pardon her for what ? ....she hasn’t been charged, tried and convicted yet. Obama can’t do anything . Trump becomes POTUS that means Erkel is out of 1600 pennsylvania avenue and just a former pain in the butt of America. All he can to the best of my knowledge is claim executive privilege . But if she rats him out he’s got big trouble as well.
Trump wins, add time to appoint an attorney general, who then appoints a special prosecutor, then grand jury, plea deal, then a trial, conviction et cetera ....
By that time she will be Assange’s roomie at the ecuadorian embassy..... long gone.
