I've heard of a half brother who,IIRC,lived in a Third World shack in Nairobi...don't know if this is the same one.If it is...I've been to Kenya.I've been to Nairobi.I've seen a slum on the outskirts of the city (can't recall its name) that is reminiscent of photos we've all seen of slums in Congo,Upper Volta,Liberia,etc.
If Obola were to give that half brother ten thousand US dollars a year it would put him in the top 3%,income-wise,of the entire population of the country.
