At least in basketball and baseball play is actually happening at least 50% of the time.
Of course none of them compare to the only REAL sport, Hockey!
Wait you can’t say in baseball play is happening 50% of the time. The action to inaction ratio in baseball is way worse that football. Heck last night they were even talking about how the Dodgers relief pitcher stands around doing nothing forever and showing his players stretching keeping themselves ready. 30 seconds between pitches and less than 2 seconds in the air is hardly play happening 50% of the time.
