VALLEY FORGE, Pa. (CBS) — Republican Presidential candidate, Donald Trump stopped at a Wawa in Valley Forge today after speaking at an event with his running mate, Indiana Gov. Mike Pence at a nearby hotel.
Also on the Wawa run was Trump’s daughter and University of Pennsylvania grad, Tiffany Trump as well as Trump’s campaign manager Kellyanne Conway....

Cool bit of trivia for those who ever wondered about the flying goose in the Wawa logo ...
"Wawa" is the word for "goose" in the language of the Ojibway (Chippewa) tribe, who are native to northern Ontario and parts of Michigan, Wisconsin and Minnesota.

Wawa’s are great; just as good as 7/11s - although it depends on the manager, I suppose. Where I am in NJ (as opposed to NYC), the convenience stores are a disaster. Nothing like where I last lived.

Looks like Kellyanne digs Tastykakes! Close inspection shows they are Krumpets -- even more of a delicacy -- along with pies!
This also shows how much more down to earth and connected to the real people in the country Trump and his team are. Does anybody think Hillary, or Huma would even know what to buy in a Wawa? They'd be asking for arugula on their sandwiches.

I’m in Southern New Jersey, grew up in Moorestown.
There’s one or two Wawa’s in every town down here.
They do very well...
