As others have mentioned, that info is unlikely to be productive, as it is evidently not for the owner/registrant of the web site, rather that appears to be the info for a domain registration anonymizer service.
So drawing any conclusions about the web site organizers being in southern CA is likely leading in the wrong direction.
Now maybe a court order to the anonymizer would be productive.

Remember the record freezing cold in D.C. during Reagan’s 2nd Inauguration?
I especially hope for bitter cold and vicious howling winds to descend on DC on Jan 21. Beginning at about 9am and lasting until about 4pm. Womens March protest is to be on the 21st.
At least on the 20th there will be a massive amount of Trump supporters to counter balance the scumbag protesters. But on the 21st a bunch of fems/metro-sexuals/occupy/foreigners/illegals etc. will be acting out.
That day I will be tucked up in a nice little rented historic townhouse, cheerful fire in the fireplace, a couple minutes walking distance to many different fine restaurants and shops.
Outside of DC, but we didn’t want to stay in DC because we thought it would be a big old zoo. That and the cost would be triple :)
I remember well the disruption predicted 17 years ago for January 1st.
You can be sure the secret service, FBI AND CIA are all signed up at the website, if they didn’t prepare the forms themselves.

I was in DC once and we were sight seeing and security chased us away cause the president was coming.
Now mind you, we were not even CLOSE to the White House but we were close enough to see tiny black figures on the roof of the White House that were holding what looked like high powered rifles.
And those were the ones we SAW. I'll bet there were plenty of others we missed.
So yes, the snipers are stationed on the rooftops.
I was on the crowd of a million or so in DC September 2009. The snipers were clearly evident on the roof of the Capitol.
