Two questions. One: Who initiated the call? And two: Did he understand the significance of what he was doing when it happened? I've got a third question.
If the reporter thinks he understands the significance, why does he not think Trump would understand its significance?

I get the dems are crushed. But here we are after 8 years of Obama, we finally win the presidency and kept the House and Senate, picks people like Sessions, Price and Mad Dog and these nevertrumper conservatives can’t enjoy any of it!
