Unfortunately for Hillary, her real nature always broke through the facade, what probably really killed her campaign was the "deplorables" comment. She was basically telling white middle and working class voters (especially males) that she didn't need or want their vote.
My son lives in the Cap Hill neighborhood of Seattle (very gay area though he is not). He told me the fear there is palpable. Afraid of what? These people are really under educated for being so smart.
Not only did she call us deplorables, she said we were un-American and irredeemable. She didn’t just attack Mr. Trump, she attacked 62 million Trump supporters, and she was genuinely nasty and venomous with her attacks. Fatal mistake on her part, bwah-hah-hah!

I’m very glad she didn’t...BUT I think if she had chosen Bernie Sanders, people might’ve been suckered into electing her.
