He knows what he is talking about. AI is hitting the streets now, and calling you on the phone to telemarket. These developments that he discusses are funded and being worked right now.
There are other things being mined for profit, too. If you’re an idea person with a gift of envisioning potentially marketable products, be very wary of search engines. Google Trends goes down pretty deep.
