Thanks, lp. I was not too far away from there last night when I was alerted about the melee. I drove past it today and there was a reporter on Abilene doing a report about it. It looked like it was open as there were lots of cars out in the parking lot. I’m not a fan of malls, in general, and especially not that one. They upgraded it and changed the name several years back hoping that it would draw some respectable people back to it, but it’s obvious that cosmetic make overs are not what is needed and that it wouldn’t work. I don’t know how you keep the thugs out without getting accused of racism.
I’m glad you weren’t around during the trouble. Yes, one is a racist if they object in any way. It’s all so upside down.......
