538 would become 483, so 242 Electoral College votes would be needed to win. Clinton got only 232 Electoral College votes on Election Day, and that was WITH California's 55.

1) Pelosi and her spawn will never again be in Congress
2) Dems can kiss 55 EC votes goodbye for Prez.
3) No fear essential Federal Military bases will remain. US military has currently has hundreds of military bases in foreign countries, many have been in place for over 70 years.
