California succeeds from the U.S. and then the red counties (where the working folks live) will succeed from California (whose gonna stop them?)... hello state of Jefferson.

Where do they plan on getting drinking water?
Or oil?
They will be leaving the Federal Reserve system and will have no money.

If Kern county annexes the desert communities east of the San Gabriels then I’m all for it.

The San Andreas fault should take care of a good portion of the blue.

Ooh. Didn’t think of that. I know the culture in Northern California is much different than Southern California. Even in Southern California, there are sensible people even in LA/Orange County or San Diego...it’s mostly the Bay Area that annoys me. LA’s big problem is the illegals more than anything.

It is “secede” not “succeed”.
(Although the so-called red counties certainly will succeed if they can escape the contiguous communist counties.)

Sorry to see that Orange County (where I have lived for over 30 Years) has gone to the Dark Side.
Never thought it would ever happen, but then again I never thought CA as a whole would be transformed since Ronald Reagan was our one time Governor. How far we have fallen.
Mexifornia it is. If they Calexit, they had better buy my Home for the full Retail Price and pay me in pure Gold.
