I think social media changes the way people think and most seem to be on social media. I doubt it’s a coordinated conspiracy thing though. I do think if the grid really takes a dump that there will be a lot of folks who absolutely no idea how to function or even entertain themselves without their social media and electronic devices.
I think any interruption in the flow of cheap fattening food won’t happen all at once, if it ever happens, at least if it’s an economic crisis that brings it on.

Well, the Wiki leaks showed more co-ordination than I thought was possible. I think that there are several powerful and rich people who have organizations set up that they control.
They all have a general agreement about what they want to achieve, and so do things within their sphere of influence that will further those goals. So it’s not like a fully co-ordinated thing.
Like Soros has his numerous organizations, and does what he has control of - which includes the violent riots etc. He met with a big group in DC right after the election plotting some sort of strategy.
Then you have Goldman Sachs, and Janet Yellen doing their thing. The GOPe trying to slow walk the tax cuts. Soros is busy with market manipulation. All designed to keep the economy stalled, and make money anyway.
Then you have David Brock, plotting away with his group in Florida right after the Inauguration. And you have the various legal groups who are going to sue on every thing they can.
