We will know its true when McCain takes his pistol and shoots himself—taking the honorable way out. That will prove his guilt.
If in fact there is an audio tape of McCain talking or secret matters he will have to resign.
He admitted he was the one responsible for the fake Russian dossier on Trump. He’s an @$$ and his initials were put out there as involved in the pedogate scandal which is probably why he is freaking out so badly.

John McCain, like Nancy Pelosi, is not hitting on all eight cylinders. Even his life long butt kisser, Senator, Lindsey Graham has distanced himself from the now “Full Blown Nutcase”!!! Arizona voters....time for you all to kiss McCain Goodbye and remove him from office...immediately!!!
I was thinking it would be good timing. McCain was just reelected and we have a Republican Governor in Arizona. The way the Left has been streaming illegals and Leftist Californians into Arizona, it would help to have a Conservative Republican replace him and that person would have the benefit of serving nearly 2 years before having to stand for election in 2018. I see the possibility as a win-win!
