Sitting down with Judge Nepolitano , Neil Cavuto played in its entirety the question by Franken and the answer by Sessions. It was Judge Nepolitano that suggested that even though Sessions was accurate and truthful he, Sessions, could have misled by not being forthcoming with the fact he met with the Russian Ambassador twice. Once in his office and once more in July 2016. This had something to do with Watergate but I didn't really get that part as I had a phone call at that moment. So even though Sessions was accurate in that he did not meet Russians in the context of being a surrogate for the Trump campaign, he misled by not being forthcoming and did not later correct the record.
