I will be praying for you.
You’re in my prayers.
I will pray for you
You are in my prayers as well.

If you decide to unlapse, after you go to Confession, you could ask the priest for the Sacrament of Anointing, the church-authorized one, not some charismatic substitute.
When I had a problem years ago, I noticed that a many Catholics didn't seem to know the difference between the authentic sacrament and the charismatic one or other substitute. And they seemed hesitant to avail themselves of it.
This girl I knew went to a charismatic anointing and came down with such severe asthma she was in serious trouble. She came to me in her distress, not that she expected me to know what to do. Since it was our church priest that was doing the charismatic business, I suggested she go to a (at the time) more orthodox parish and ask the priest for the Sacrament of Anointing, the church-approved one. I saw her a couple days later, and she said "It worked!" It could have been other things at play there, but her faith kicked in.
I also believed in St. Peregrine and plenary indulgences. And medical procedures just work sometimes.
I'm lapsed, too. I do believe in the sacraments.
I will pray for you, Ueriah.
Even if you are lapsed in your denomination, you are always welcomed by the Lord when you ask.
Your intentions and faithful adherence measurements are for another time.
Now just ask, pray, give honor to God, place your trust, give thanks, give loud questions and lamentations to God above if needed and completely open yourself to the blessing of Grace freely given.
Trust me — it will help.
