We'll probably never know WHO that poor girl is ( at least that's the way it's supposed to work ), nor her race. OTOH, IF that POS lawyer, who is defending one of the damned ILLEGAL ALIEN SCUM, gets his way, there's no way of telling how much we DO find out and shouldn't, once he starts smearing/impugning her in court. He has already lied about it being "consensual" and blamed HER for what happened, catching himself, just in time, before he blurted out that she is some kind of whore, who has been doing these acts with EVERY boy, in a boy's bathroom, at that school, since she was 7.

The superintendent went as far as calling the girl’s parents racists and xenophobes, and threatened them with arrest for questioning why illegals were in the school. Maryland is a messed up state.

I read several reports of men in their twenties and thirties claiming to be unaccompanied minors allowed in, because the Obama administration didn’t want to question their age.
My point was the superintendent had to let the little bastards in his school. He really had no choice. That he thinks their attending his school is wonderful is one reason to go after him. The fact that he calls people who don’t like their daughters being raped in the boys’ room, ‘racists’ is the reason he should be looking for work.
I don’t think schools are allowed to do very much in the way of vetting. Yes, if a kid shows up and there’s paperwork showing they’ve been expelled at another district, you may be able to prevent him from enrolling in your school. The main vetting I’ve seen is to determine that the ‘student’ lives in the district. But if someone shows up with no paperwork and ‘mother’ through an interpreter of course says little Jose is 17, you have to take her word for it. US kids have to have birth certificates, of course so in effect the illegals have more rights than citizens in this case.
Even though the Freak State Legislature is working on a Bill to make the Freak State a Sanctuary State, The schools should have ICE help vet these “kids” who just show up one day.

IIRC school systems are prevented via judicial fiat from vetting students as would have been appropriate in this and millions of other cases involving alien invaders. I believe it was a Federal case back in the 80s that declared all children present in the US had the right to a gubmint education at the expense of taxpayers, no questions allowed.

The police had gotten wind of what crap; he had been spreading around and had a refutation at the ready...contradicting ALL of the LIES about what had happened, the PHYSICAL PROOF of what had happened, etc.!
I am just curious about the legal permission for this. I don’t know anything about the law, but I am curious about what grounds wold allow the prosecutor could ask for this.
Personally, I’d like to learn that he obtained tooth samples using a baseball bat on these animals.
