The amount of registrants has gone up because legislators keep adding ways to get put on it that have nothing to do with rape or child molestation.

Funny that you mention legislators continuing to add ways to get the registers more loaded, when half of all legislators, if the truth came out would be on it. This SOB is the latest Dem to get busted.
