I think particle board is the main material in mobile homes. They even put it in bathroom floors. Get it wet once and everything warps. It is cheaper than other wood but it is junk.

This is 4 miles from my home. I don’t know a single person in this town was opposed to the plant coming in. I do know I’d be only too happy to sell my house.
