He’s got degrees, some work history—worked for Albright, claims military alignment because of his parents service (tired of jokers of all parties that spend time polishing the military bonifides by what their parents did as if that matters)... Spends a lot of his time about living in the UK. Summary sounds a bit like a punch list to say he did requisite things.
