There is no guarantee the Reps will keep the Senate after 2018. We need to pack as many appointments in the next year and a half as possible, which means the old guys need to retire.
I agree with you. They better do everything in the next two years. The Dems are organized and they will take back the Senate. I don’t have a doubt about it. Sorry guys, but I have never seen the Democrats so organized and so determined.
