Prayers up!
Prayers!
God bless you in your struggles. I have some appreciation of the fight, having been there 2 years ago myself. Prayers & good thoughts for you.
Lord God, in Your infinite mercy look with healing eyes upon Americanbychoice3. We pray that his pain be eased as his body fights this disease. We ask that You appoint him to health, and that Your praise will be on his lips as testimony to your healing power. Lord Jesus we pray in Your name. Amen.
By any chance do you have multiple myeloma? I’ve been fighting this cancer for 6 years.
I understand you had prostate cancer, I did as well. I chose the surgical removal of the prostate and have had no further complications. Mine was an overly aggressive type much like yours but they got it in time before anything spread. Did you not have regular check ups that would have shown increased PSA levels?
I lost the upper half of my left humerus to cancer in September. 6 rounds of chemo, 40 rounds of radiation, and 5 rounds of immune-therapy since then. Still chasing mets, but I ain't dead yet.
no, it came from untreated prostate cancer.
Isaiah 40:31
God bless and protect you.
You’re in my prayers, dear. Fight the good fight.
Like a male testosterone driven idiot, I didn’t seek treatment until it was stage 4. They won’t remove the prostate now. It’s too late for that. We are working on the (prostate) cancer that has worked itself to my bones.
I asked my oncologist about immunotherapy, which she has had great success with, but it has not been approved for prostate cancer.
Just said a prayer for you.
I fervently hope for the best for you...I watched my mother get eaten alive by an aggressive ovarian malignancy; I would not wish this on my worst enemy...
Prayers sent for you.
There’s some types of cancer they work pretty well on, and others not so much. From the research I’ve done, it depends on what kind of DNA mutation got it started. So far I seem to be having good luck with it. I had a marble-sized tumor in a lymph node in the side of my neck, and it seems to be gone after 5 treatments. Won’t know for sure until I get another PET scan next month.
