Kathy Griffin is loco. A self-confessed motor-mouth in the vein of Rosie O'Donnell.

I think there is a clinical term for motor mouth disorder but I don't know it off the top of my head.

Bipolar disorder comes to mind but I don't think Kathy or Rosie are blessed with the depressive aspect of that disorder.
