Pelosi is clearly mentally impaired and has been for quite some time.

Most dementia sufferers know what's happening to them and develop and practice coping mechanism to cover up their problems. Many can be very good at this and go on for years with little indication to the outside world what is really going on behind their mask. But dementia marches on relentlessly and eventually the sufferer comes to the point where they can no longer deploy the coping methods successfully and like a dam bursting the reality of their disease floods out. Even close family members often say, "I don't know what happened, all of a sudden..." when in reality it's been happening for years - decades even. It looks like Nancy has reached this point. It's a terrible disease but from a political point of view -- FUN TIMES AHEAD!
