I don't think cell phones are actually bugged. It's just that the FBI and NSA can listen in (and maybe even make video recordings) using several techniques.

All conversations are on file at the phone companies.

The FBI came and talked to me years ago about some BS in Arizona. I didn’t have a cell phone that I paid for.

That was the first thing they wanted was that number.

I gave it to them. This was Obama’s FBI. The Deep State is real and Obama weaponized it against conservatives.

Rush would claim Obama would be haranguing Trump daily. I find that remarkably absent. Obama knows he better toe the line.
