And for some states, like California, which is supposedly third in welfare spending, according to the San Diego Union Tribune, the state resides 34% of the welfare recipients in the US with only 12% of the population.

So as you can see, it isn’t that some of the people are getting away with something. It’s the amount that are doing it. So this is why I say it has been going on for a long time.

Expand those number a bit:

Fully over 61% of the recipients of California welfare are illegals-—and California officials know it.
