Lyndon Johnson was an alcoholic and sex addict whose dietary habits were probably also that very abominably bad. Not surprising that he suffered one or two heart attacks before becoming President and why one killed him at age sixty-five in 1973.
I totally agree completely (and that means all of it) with his diet. As to the mental impact I joined Mensa many years ago. And I would like to compare President Trump’s health to all the so called experts. Remember the inventor of the Aikens diet died at a rather young age. So expertise only counts when money is involved and President Trump is a prime example of his diet.
The man is up before dawn working through the wee hours. He plays golf and has a hot wife. He doesn’t drink or smoke and gets around better than many half his 71 years. If he wants to have some bacon or a second piece of cake, then more power to him.
He is being attacked from all quarters on a daily basis. Let him eat what he wants.

As for bacon, nothing wrong with it if you get the kind with no nitrates, no nitrites. Called uncured bacon, it’s delish. Available at Trader Joe and other places. I separate pieces when I buy it, wrap each slice individually in wax paper, stack them up in the freezer. Yum, I’d like to join Donald for breakfast.
