i bet I have over 10k rounds in my p220. only time it ever stove piped is because of poor ammo. same with my 1911 (actually a combat commander)

I like both weapons. both are solid.

Broke the grips of the p220 rolling over a barricade, never had anything like that with my 1911s. Disassembly lever froze on the p220 requiring smith tools to replace again, never had anything like that on a 1911. After a few 10ks of shooting the p220 now keyholes with cast ammo, again no similar problems with the 1911s.

I really want to like the p220 but it has been a source of repeated aggravation. But not to the point that I have sold it though.
