That’s insane! But it must include the overall cost of taking care of those with no insurance. Just think, an indigent illegal in LA spent a year in the hospital getting his body rebuilt. A YEAR! Someone has to pay for that...and that someone would be all of us citizens who actually work and pay our own way.
