Interesting take on this subject. I am of one opinion but am trying to understand why many chose the other side.
Why did Sessions wait 8 months for a Chief of Staff? Isn’t a COS involved in decision making procedures? In your narrative, I think a COS would be an absolute necessity as there would be no other control.
Question is why does Sessions feel the need to go rogue?

Accepting the fact that looks can be deceiving, to me, Sessions just doesn't project an image of someone who has the drive or wherewithal to pull that off.....
