No doubt Obama made everything, including the FBI, much worse. But we should not forget that the FBI was already showing spectacular incompetence in the Clinton years, failing to detect, prevent or effectively investigate: 1. World Trade Center Bombing; 2. Oklahoma City Bombing; 3. Flight 800 and, the granddaddy, 4. 9/11.
I can’t only blame Clinton and Obama as I think the FBI and other agencies formerly known for excellence, such as DOJ and Defense, have become rotten to the core with careerist and liberals, a process that has been going on for a long time.

Waste of money. Just shut it down and save the money.
In less than 12 hours FBI says no “international” terrorist connection. Shooting occurs at 10:00 PST. It’s 1:00 AM in DC on Sunday night. Probably reduced staff. Think Pearl Harbor. And lo and behold in less than 12 hours the FBI can say no terrorist connection. I propose that that FBI team be assign the Trump Russia conclusion investigation. They will solve it by the evening news.
