There were only windows broken out on one floor from what I’ve read and from photos.
Exactly and what was at first thought to be rifle flash for lower is really a strobe light that was still going off hours after the event.

The flashes from the fourth floor appear tobesomething other than rifle fire. The same flashes are seen from other camera recordings of the performance, well before the firing began.
