Okay, I just checked and the Mandalay doesn’t have cameras in the guest halls. (They do at Caesars.)
Well, that sucks.
I guessing they are lying about that because they destroyed the evidence, like all the cell phone and lap top device recordings that they got possession of.
FWIW, almost any IEEE 802.11 compliant device is easily implemented with an onboard camera or remotely attached IED.
IMHO, it would cost more to insure they DON’T have camera monitoring in the halls than to allow it to happen.
