I carry a Sig .380 that is always in my front pocket which, in my opinion, is key. Is the firearm small enough and concealable enough to always be carried? In Most instances of CCW being utilized showing the gun will diffuse the situation. It’s not always shoot out at the OK corral. I have a Bauer knockoff of the Browning .25 that I inherited from a great uncle. I have tried to convince my wife to get her CCW and at least carry the Bauer. I’d feel much safer if she would comply.
Women actually have it a little easier because they carry a purse. When all you have is pocket’s, you have to do what you have to do. Pull the trigger 5 times instead of 2.
