I think that Trump’s outer borough background is one of the reasons that the NYC-DC crowd hates him so much. A lot of it is simple snobbery dressed up as righteous outrage.
And most of the phonies ( okay, probably ALL of them ! ), grew up in outerslobovia places and didn't come from anything special!
