I had a Dan Wesson 357 that jammed due to sand inside it (bad sandstorm). I’ve had a 22 revolver jam due to build-up between the cylinder and forcing cone. I’ve also had a strain screw come loose and give primer strikes too light to fire (S&W 686).
I guess I’m fortunate. My wheelguns have run real well.
