“They were providing cover for him because of signing......and went out of their way to be kind in their disappointment”
Did they share this with you? Do you know either of them personally?

Well, you voted for himwhich is pretty much the definition of group think.
He got money for the military, so we can engage in more undeclared wars in faraway lands. He got money for the wall.
Those seem to be big things for his supporters.
The debt is coming home to roost soon. If the stock market this week has you down, just wait until the ten year goes over three percent. Rolling over the national debt is going to cost a LOT more. That will be fun. Not.

Can one listen and discern their intent by their words and tone?
To: dynoman
Exactly! We need more men in the arena and less clucking.

"Agreed. (See my post #75) Hard to see what is going on here now here at FR with this anti President Trump stuff...I guess they would have been more happy with Hillary as President? I hope the Kitties are warming up in the FR Bullpen."
True. Here's what's happening.
He was given a last minute bill to sign, just before Congress went to break until several days after the first week of next month. Both the House and Senate had very near enough votes for a veto override.
So if the President shut down the government by vetoing at that time, many more voters among the 40 million or so who get their incomes from government would have turned on him.
And Congress would have gotten the needed few votes for that override upon returning to a government that would have been closed for weeks.
So it was an unexpected situation that handed a propaganda coup to the Democrats. And now the Democrats are here, trying to push more voters away from the polls this year. Why?
Because they want a simple majority in the House to impeach the President. They want to prepare both houses to support a Democrat in presidential office in 2020 for a regime of gun control, sodomy and a general pogrom against conservatives.
Democrats will be more loyal and reliable for their leaders. They know the advantage to incrementalism in politics. They take every inch they can get. If they have a majority in both houses and a Democrat president 2020, they're going to take it all then.

We all have decisions to make, you know. We ask ourselves, “Where and how can we make the best use of our time?”

Intelligent reply. That is what Trump fed you yesterday and you seem pretty happy.
To: Moe-Patrick
He made ZERO effort to fight it! Instead he signed the damn thing before the ink was dry. Why not take it to the American people and point out everyone that is complicit and all the crap contained in it before taking his own sweet time to approve it? What he did was to fully endorse it!

Agree. Trumps presidency ended yesterday. Zero chance hell be re-elected after signing the worst spending bill possibly ever. Amazing that anyone on FR even attempts to defend him! After signing that shit he quick got on twitter asking for a ban on bumpstocks!! WTF?

Perhaps you need a lesson in reading. I already acknowledged AND apologized for keeping quiet over the years. What I get is that I’m a liar and didn’t vote for Trump and didn’t attend one of his rallies. Now you can simply kiss my ass.

Reading comprehension is not your best skill. What part of “suspended” did you not understand?

I’ve never read the Huffington post but you sound real familiar with it.Hmmm.
To: tatown
We’re all going to be suspended shortly for having a mind of our own and not contributing to the 1,001 excuses as why Trump caved and screwed his supporters if which I was one.
