In Knoxville they have had West Town Mall for decades and it continues on. They opened a mall called East Town in the 80’s and it is declined greatly. To many feral youth ruining it, along with the crime. I won’t shop in malls unless armed and I certainly do not want my wife and daughter in these crime infested sewers.
When the youth are allowed to roam without parents present you can count on the properties demise in the near future.
