That’s right. And they can stop cowering to their idiotic peers and tell them to go to hell if they don’t like it.

A problem they face is that it isn't a level playing field.

They face not only their peers, but many of their teachers and school administrators - and can be not only publicly derided by people they aren't on an equal footing with, but suspended, expelled, and/or arrested for merely arguing their point.
