Why are our federal narcotics laws not enforced? This is madness.

Maybe because a solid majority of the people now realize that:

a) pot prohibition is a waste of law enforcement and incarceration funds, and

b) Constitutionalists realize that the fed prohibition on state legal pot violates the 10th Amendment.
